Not poverty level -- unless you live in New York. Oops. <p> Stylists, editors, and buyers do a bit better, but they still don't make the millions of dollars you'd think. On the other hand, they get a lot of stuff for free. Models, for example, sometimes get designer dresses instead of payment for walking in runway shows.
