Charlotte Restaurant Inspection Scores (2/6/12 to 2/10/12)

Provided is the restaurant, address, inspection score and inspection date. Scores are given on a percentile basis, with 100 being a perfect score. Scores of more than 100 are possible, as restaurants are given a 2 point credit for attending safety education classes. Restaurants are broken down by ZIP Code, to make finding ones near you a little easier.

Indoor Football League Expands to Charlotte

According to information on the IFL website, the league has chosen to expand to Charlotte for the 2013 season. There was a Carolina Speed franchise in the SIFL (Southern Indoor Football League) that played at Bojangles' Coliseum and the Cabarrus Arena & Events Center, and this does appear to be the same franchise.

Got Talent? "America's Got Talent" Auditions Headed to Charlotte

Auditions for the hit NBC TV show "America's Got Talent" are headed to Charlotte.

Auditions will be held Friday, Feb. 3 and Sat. Feb 4 at the Charlotte Convention Center, 501 South College Street. Doors will be open by 10 a.m. Friday and close at 10 p.m. Saturday, doors open at 8 p.m. and close at 7 p.m. Auditions are usually help Saturday and Sunday, but the a day was switched due to the Super Bowl.
