How important is presidential posture? Or more importantly can posture determine who becomes president?

Some think that in the JFK/Nixon debate, JFK's posture helped him win. Kennedy had asked for a comfortable chair to help ease his back pain, and apparently it helped him appear more relaxed and confident. So, to celebrate this Presidents Day, Lexington Modern, is offering the famous Presidential Debate chair used at the Kennedy/Nixon debate for half price just for today.

Bedding orders were strong, and mattress showrooms were busy. Gel is a big trend. Made in America is popular and like the Fall High Point Market, Las Vegas also had a Made in America Pavilion, a 5,000-square-foot space. A special highlight of this pavilion was Rick Dale of American Restoration showcasing one-of-a-kind pieces that are being featured on the show.

Wilmette's Bicentennial Ash came down in a windstorm last year. The ash tree which was 265 years-old at the time of its demise, and one of the oldest in Illinois, measured 74 inches in diameter. It was mourned by residents who came to pay their last respects.
