I had been experiencing pelvic and low back pain for several days and sleep did not come easy. What little sleep I did get was fitful. After several hours of tossing and turning I got up to go to the bathroom. <p> When I returned to the bedroom, rather than laying down right away, I sat on the edge of the mattress. I just sat there in the dark with my hands in my lap for awhile wishing my back would stop hurting so much.
