A warrant has been issued for the arrest of a Colorado woman. Ivy Valdez is accused of impersonating a landlord and collecting deposits from unsuspecting tenants.

Valdez posted ads for an apartment for rent on Craigslist using the pseudonym, Rachel Marie Dominguez. She met up with three prospective tenants at fast food restaurants, where she collected a total of $2700 and signed the bogus lease papers. The apartment used in the scam was actually the unit Valdez had been evicted from earlier this year.
