Not only is February 14 St Valentine's Day, a date synonymous with cupid, love and romance, but slightly less well known is that February 12 is Sex and Reproductive Health Awareness Day.

Did you know that February 4 is World Cancer Day?

While this day is intended to increase awareness of cancer, I'd like to see you do something to turn it around. I'm pretty sure that most of you are already aware of cancer! In fact, you may not be able to think about much else, other than your cancer.
...

The new protocol called "TADA" (thalidomide, arsenic trioxide, dexamethasone and ascorbic acid) was tested on a group of 28 patients with an average age of 66 years, all who had been previously treated for their bone marrow disease. At the end of almost 6 months, 6 patients (about 20%) had a clinical improvement in their disease.
